The Director of Sales & Brand Growth is first and foremost an operational leader. While this position owns key initiatives related to sales growth, catering, Operator Lead Delivery, and community engagement, the majority of each day will be spent working alongside the team in restaurant operations—coaching leaders, developing Team Members, identifying operational opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.


This Director will partner closely with our Executive Director of Sales & Brand Growth to execute strategic initiatives that strengthen our brand, increase sales, and position Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills for long-term success. Success in this role requires someone who can effectively balance operational excellence with strategic thinking, recognizing that outstanding operations are the foundation of sustainable business growth.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead by example while working daily in restaurant operations.
  • Coach and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to deliver remarkable guest experiences.
  • Partner with the Executive Director of Sales & Brand Growth to execute annual sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in overseeing and growing our Catering and Operator Lead Delivery businesses.
  • Build relationships within our community and identify opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve restaurant performance.
  • Monitor key business metrics and create action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A operational standards and brand expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Lead with an ownership mindset, treating the business as if it were your own.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and develop others.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving strong business results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable making decisions while maintaining humility and teachability.

Job Requirements

  • Work 40–50 hours per week.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality.
  • Opening and/or closing availability required.
  • Work at least two Saturdays each month.
  • Willing to work both Front of House and Back of House as business needs require.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Actively participate in leadership meetings, leadership development, and restaurant communication.
  • Serve as a role model for Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills culture and values.
