Restaurant Directors are high-level representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick-fil-A for the local Owner/Operator. These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities. Directors will oversee a broader area of the business and have higher level responsibilities. Directors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, Customer Satisfaction scores, and Food Safety. They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive. They are constantly seeking personal and professional growth and oversee leadership development throughout the restaurant.
Minimum Requirements
- Have leadership experience in the workplace for at a minum of 6 months
- Must be 18+ years old
- Be available to work 5 shifts a week, a minimum of 40 hours with the availability to open AND close at least 2 days per week or the availability to open OR close at least 3 days per week
