A Day in the Life of a Back of House Team Member
As a Cook at Chick-fil-A Latham Farms, you may:
- Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Work efficiently to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
- Monitor food quality and follow proper preparation procedures
- Restock supplies and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
