Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and create eye contact with guests
  • Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections
  • Multitask quickly and thoroughly
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Cheerful, positive attitude
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Able to lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
