Responsibilities:
Assist with landscaping and tree service tasks including planting, trimming, and cleanup
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Operate basic hand tools and power equipment (training provided)
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Support crew leaders and team members as needed
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous landscaping or labor experience is a plus
