Job Description


The Experience Guide Supervisor is responsible for the leadership and mentoring of the Experience Guide (receptionist) team and seamless operations of the boutique.This includes, but is not limited to, leading the team by example in selling the most enhancements and memberships month over month, the greeting and assisting of guests regarding services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships, customizing the guest’s massage, and handling payment for services performed.


Responsibilities


· Provide top level service for guests and team members.

· Warmly greet and check-in guests.

· Actively drive enhancement, membership and gift card sales by sharing a passion for services, memberships, and retail offerings by educating guests.

· Be an inspiration and ambassador of professionalism representing The NOW, LLC.

· Assist with training and onboarding of all new Experience Guides.

· Be accountable for transactional corrections and follow up.

· Act in leadership capacity and assist the Management in all facility needs.

· Act as a liaison between the Experience Guide, Massage Therapist and Leadership team.

· Communicate all updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols to the Experience Guide team.

· Ensure the boutique is clean and presentable to standards at all times.

· Complete weekly retail and back-of-house inventory.

· Assist in providing coverage of Experience Guide shifts due to illness, etc.

· Assist, coordinate or lead all necessary staff training sessions and meetings.

· Assist General Manager with guest complaints and / or concerns.

· Be a leader in fostering a healthy workplace that is free of bullying, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.


Requirements


· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relative Supervisory role.

· Ability to be efficient and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills.

· Sales and service-related experience preferred.

· Strong communication skills including actively listening, and empathizing with team and guests.

· Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

· Possess problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Must be a team player.
