Freddy’s is looking for Hourly Shift Supervisors to assist management with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members and meeting operational expectations. You are a reliable person who is guest focused, and passionate about making others smile. You work well as a member of a team towards a collective goal, and you inspire others around you.

Responsibilities:

• Operating the restaurant in a safe manner.
• Knowledgeable of all operational aspects of the restaurant.
• Daily checksheet maintenance, including temp log, prep checksheets, and the deployment board.
• Daily provides a positive guest experience.
• Food and labor controls daily based on the direction of leadership.
• Resolving guest issues using the Freddy's model of situational management.
• Oversees the training of team members using the Freddy's model of team member training (Freducation)
• Opens (or closes) operations utilizing franchise approved checksheets.
• Emphasizes teamwork and collective ideas to achieve a common goal.
• Encourages team members daily.
