Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional food and service.
- Manage daily operations while ensuring a fun and loving atmosphere.
- Oversee food safety and quality standards to maintain our delicious offerings.
- Managing and leverage reports to maintain food cost and food safety goal.
- Punctual, professional,& prepared for the day
- Properly communicate to ensure Team members, coaches,& coordinators are adhering to systems and behaviors to provide an excellent & consistent guest experience
- Fully aware of business numbers & trends to make effective decisions for shift
- Partners with Directors to communicate the vision, goal, & accountability measures for the dept./rest.
- Consistently engages with the team, operations, & guests.

Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts with weekend availability.
