The Restaurant Manager is responsible for shift management and the operational excellence their assigned department of a single Buffalo Wild Wing鈥檚 sports bar. The Restaurant Manager will work as a member of the management team maintaining the restaurant鈥檚 revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
路 Model hospitality skills/behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant.
路 Effectively handle guest complaints.
路 Build positive, professional relationships with members of the community.
路 Manage department staffing needs to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained; review applications, interview candidates, and training.
路 Lead shift meetings and solicit feedback from team members.
路 Handles shift-by-shift coaching and performance counseling and feedback of team members on as needed basis.
路 Responsible for the proper submission and documentation of all guest and team member related injuries and/or incidents.
路 Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals
路 Conduct administrative manager functions and transactions.
路 Ensure adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards.
路 Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents.
路 Conduct time punch audit daily and make corrections accordingly.
路 Assist with rollouts of new company programs, policies, and procedures.
路 Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage
路 Rotate and restock inventory
路 Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs legitimate target.
路 Unloading vendor trucks/pallets, ensures inventory is properly received and rotated.
路 Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
路 Must be at least 21 years of age.
路 Minimum two years restaurant management experience preferred.
路 College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
路 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
路 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
路 Energetic and flexible.
路 Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
路 Well organized and detail oriented.
路 Forms strong working relationships within team.
路 Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
路 Follows direction with focused attention.
路 Strong computer skills
路 Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
