Key Responsibilities
- Assemble sandwiches and menu items following Popeyes’ build charts and standards
- Prepare and portion sides like fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and red beans and rice
- Prepare and bake hot biscuits
- Set up and maintain sandwich, prep, and side stations during shifts
- Keep prep and assembly areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Prep ingredients and restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with cooks, front-of-house team, and managers
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures strictly
- Assist with dishwashing, trash, and end-of-day cleaning tasks
- Support the team by learning and working multiple stations
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with pride in food presentation and accuracy
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment around hot equipment
- Able to follow recipes, build charts, and standard procedures
- Strong communication skills with team members and managers
- Willingness to learn and work multiple stations
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and move throughout shifts
- Eligible to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements
