We’re a small but mighty business looking for an experienced General Manager with the chops, care, and personality to lead a great team. At Nicoletto’s, the details matter—from a well-run shift to the way a guest feels walking out the door. You’ll set the tone, keep standards high, and help a growing local favorite get even better. What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and support the team with clear expectations and hands-on follow-through.
Keep daily operations running smoothly, with great food, welcoming service, and a clean, organized workplace.
Plan staffing and schedules, oversee opening and closing, and stay on top of cash handling, inventory, and the details that keep the business healthy.
Make guests feel taken care of and resolve concerns with warmth, sound judgment, and a practical solution.
Keep the team steady during the rush, recognize good work, and address problems early.
Bring fresh ideas—and the follow-through to put them into practice.

What You Bring

At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
An eye for the little things and a clear understanding of what makes a great guest experience.
Friendly, approachable leadership backed by accountability and consistent follow-through.
The ability to make decisions, solve problems, and communicate clearly when service gets busy.
