We’re a family-owned Italian kitchen built around quality pasta and a strong sense of community. You’ll help keep the kitchen prepped, stocked, and ready so every shift starts strong.
What You’ll Do
- Prep and cook menu items to Nicoletto’s recipes, portions, and quality standards.
- Chop, portion, and package ingredients and finished items with care.
- Set up and stock stations, and communicate prep needs before service gets busy.
- Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow food-handling and sanitation procedures.
- Help with opening and closing, and support teammates wherever the kitchen needs a hand.
What You Bring
- Kitchen experience is preferred, along with a willingness to learn our recipes and routines.
- Focus, efficiency, and attention to detail in a busy kitchen.
- A positive attitude, steady follow-through, and pride in doing things well.
- A basic understanding of kitchen safety and equipment.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling. Our kitchens operate seven days a week, and dinner is pasta time—so evening and weekend availability matters.
