General Manager Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and skilled store manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.

• Managerial Food service Certification Preferred

• Basset Certification

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the foodservice/customer service

industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

• Strong customer service skills required.

• Basic business math and accounting skills.

• Reliable vehicle and current driver's license.

• Personal computer operations

• Understand how to run the store as a CEO, your small unit that generates profits

• Wage depending on ability and prior experience with pizza shops.

• COGS under 32% and labor under 30% on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar responsibility role

• Must be able to make pizza and all food items as needed

• Hands-on Manager leader

• Comfortable with food preparation

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and computer skills

• Great attitude and comfortable with a fast-paced environment

• Can-do attitude with the desire to make a career out of this position.

• Oversee day-to-day operations

• Run the store to Zazzo's Pizza operating procedures and standards

• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

• Most importantly DEVELOP A GREAT TEAM!

• Communicate with clarity

• Strong integrity & personality to make a difference

• Provide daily operational data for strategic decision making to management staff.

Requirements:


Requirement-

• 2+ years of supervisory experience within the foodservice/retail/customer

service industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

• Ability to calculate/analyze data along with the basic business math and accounting skills.

• Reliable vehicle and current driver's license.

• Strong customer service skills required.

• Understand how to run the store as a CEO, your small unit that generates profits

• Wage depending on ability and prior experience with pizza shops.
