Position Overview
As a Shift Supervisor / Key Holder, you’ll play an important leadership role in the daily operations of the business. This is a hands-on management position requiring strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations and supervise multiple departments
· Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
· Assist with staff leadership, scheduling, inventory, and sales management
· Support kitchen operations, including making pizzas and food items as needed
· Ensure staff follows all health and safety standards
· Lead by example and help build a positive, high-performing team
· Maintain Zazzo’s Pizza operating procedures and service standards
· Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests
Qualifications
Preferred / Required Skills:
· Food Service Manager Certification preferred
· BASSET Certification preferred
· 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or customer service
· Experience with profit & loss responsibilities is a plus
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Basic business math and accounting knowledge
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Comfortable with computers and restaurant operations
· Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Hands-on leadership style with strong integrity
· Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
· Desire to grow and build a long-term career
