The role of Beer Hall Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all items food and beverage items are cleaned properly and to the standards of the Health Department. The dishwasher and three-compartment sink will be utilized at all times. Responsibilities and expectations include:


Dishwashing:

  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware.
  • Maintaining the availability of clean dishes at all times.
  • Cleaning kitchen appliances and machines.
  • Helping other team members to unload and store deliveries.
  • Assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Taking out the trash.
  • Rinsing garbage cans.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift weights up to 50lbs daily and move up to 150lbs daily.
  • Stand for a minimum of eight hours.
  • Perform bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and continuous movement for extended periods.
  • Work in varying temperature conditions.

Work schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
