What You’ll Do as a Director

  • Lead from the front: actively participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Set the tone: open/close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder
  • Deliver excellence: ensure every guest receives immediate, respectful, and exceptional service
  • Develop people: train new hires, coach team members, and build future leaders
  • Model our culture: be a friendly, encouraging team player who represents Chick-fil-A’s standard of hospitality
  • Communicate with clarity: use excellent verbal and written communication to guide your team effectively

  • Prior leadership experience (shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager)
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule
