Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests’ needs

- Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and manage cash drawers
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
Qualifications & Requirements

- Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues
- Experience as a shift lead or similar role preferred but not required
