We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals for a combination of busser and host positions.
($15-17/hr when hosting & up to $24/hr when bussing)
This position is specifically for nighttime (dinner) hours.
We are looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and who take pride in their work.
The main duties of the busser position are to
1) Assist the servers with their tables: filling waters, clearing tables, resetting tables, and running food to guests
2) Assist the bartenders: clearing plates, filling waters, polishing glassware, filling ice bins, and juicing
3) Help with the overall cleaning of the bar and restaurant
The main duties of the host position are to
1) warmly greet guests and lead them to their tables
2) communicate effectively with managers, servers, and guests
3) answer phones, book reservations when appropriate, and handle waitlists
Retrat is a locally owned restaurant and cocktail bar. This is an establishment that is looking for people who want to grow within a great environment over a long period of time.

Requirements
- A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and who gets along with co-workers
- Must be friendly and focused on hospitality towards guests
- Must be Available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and/or Weekends. We are open for dinner Tues-Sat nights, and Saturday brunch.
- Ability to work at a fast-paced in high-stress situations, while remaining calm
- Nights and Weekend availability are required.
