Fulfillment Supervisor
Purple Lotus is actively in pursuit of an enthusiastic, achievement-oriented, and dependable Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our team.
We are looking for someone to be a motivated leader, so our ideal candidate has an understanding of cannabis regulations in Santa Clara County, strong leadership, effective communication, while also being good at time management in order to meet business goals while consistently producing high quality results.
The Fulfillment Supervisor plays a critical role in the organization by ensuring that the delivery department meets measurable goals set in place by the Delivery Manager and General Manager. The Fulfillment Supervisor ensures that The Company is able to maximize and flawlessly execute the fulfillment processes and delivery resources to meet and exceed the department goals.
Fulfillment Supervisor Duties
- Identify, document, and promptly report any employee or customer incidents or issues to the appropriate manager.
- Collaborate efficiently with the team and other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations within the Delivery department.
- Manage meal and break periods for Fulfillment Coordinators on duty. Adhere to California meal and rest break laws and regulations.
- Supervise on-duty Fulfillment Coordinators to optimize the fulfillment process.
- Enforce company policies and promptly report policy violations to the delivery manager.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for customer and employee information.
- Project professionalism through appearance, actions, and communication.
- Perform daily duties with the goal of having orders packed as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Move packaged orders to the proper locations with necessary receipts attached.
- Restock and organize fulfillment supplies, communicate low stock supplies to the Delivery Manager.
- Provide training to new and current employees with regards to the fulfillment processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with Inventory, Sales Floor, and Dispatchers on stock levels & product discrepancies.
- Fulfill customer orders with precision through the POS Treez system.
- Keep fulfillment coordinators and sales associates informed about order updates, and order changes as they occur.
- Support the fulfillment coordinators to ensure order accuracy for both delivery, kiosk, and pickup orders.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance departmental operations and expedite fulfillment department processes.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, reliability, and task prioritization in daily operations.
- Devise innovative solutions to fulfillment issues, escalating matters to management when necessary.
- Ensure team members adhere to established procedures while fostering a productive and healthy work environment.
- Open availability Monday-Sunday
- Responsively address and meet the needs and requests of customers and coworkers.
- Act as an ambassador of Purple Lotus, embodying the company's core values of Humility, Excellence, and Resilience in all interactions and representing the brand positively.
- Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Delivery Manager and General Manager.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- College preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.
