The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the daily operation of Zaxby’s restaurants and support functions. This includes managing the store, planning and executing all operational activities, managing daily functions and responsibilities including marketing, finance, and human resources, supervising cashiers and food runners, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness standards in the restaurant and store areas.
