DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
- Recruits, interviews, and hires team members to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversees training and provides continuous positive feedback for team members
- Creates weekly work schedules and manages scheduling conflicts for all team members
- Manages and delegates daily functions of the café including product prep, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Manages ordering and inventory for all products
- Monitors sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance
- Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials
- Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty
- Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities through the use of a preventative maintenance program
- Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all cleanliness and appearance standards
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
- Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees
- Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
