Chick-fil-A Sherrills Ford is looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our leadership team as a Front of House Shift Captain. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow your leadership skills, impact a team, and deliver the Chick-fil-A experience our guests love. As a Shift Captain, you are a critical member of our leadership team, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, from opening to closing. You will lead and coach our FOH Team Members, uphold our high standards of food safety and quality, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service, executing our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy. You will be an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A Sherrills Ford mission and values.
Your Impact
- Lead Operations: Open the restaurant and lead busy shifts (morning/lunch), ensuring efficiency across all sales channels (Dine-In, Drive-Thru, Mobile).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach FOH Team Members, conducting performance conversations, and ensuring uniform/appearance standards are met.
- Guest Experience: Deliver and coach team members on exceptional hospitality, promptly and professionally resolving any guest concerns.
- Accountability: Enforce restaurant policies and maintain the highest standards of conduct and accountability for yourself and your team.
- Cash Management: Follow all cash handling procedures, including counting drawers, settling cashier operations, and managing the Change Fund.
- Food Safety: Maintain and enforce all food safety standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with other leaders and report directly to the Front of House Team Captain.
