Overnight Team Member
Location: Chick-fil-A Ten Mile & Vanguard. 567 S. Innovation Lane Meridian, ID 83642
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday through Friday nights) or potential for a Part Time position as well.
Pay: $20 per hour

Chick-fil-A Ten Mile & Vanguard is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Overnight Team. As an Overnight Team Member, you will work collaboratively with a small team of 2-3 people to ensure that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently during the overnight shift. Your responsibilities will cover both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) tasks, ranging from cleaning and maintenance to food prep and machine setup. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we will provide training to ensure you are equipped with the skills needed for this role. Our Overnight Leader will train the tasks for this position.
Responsibilities:
Front-of-House (FOH):
- Clean primary and secondary chutes.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, including ice-cream machines (complete shut down every night).
- Clean and maintain lemonade machines (Tues & Wed - 3 bubblers).
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors in key areas: behind counter, dining room, and restrooms.
- Sanitize restrooms and play area.
- Take out trash as needed.
- Break down and clean any necessary dishes.
Back-of-House (BOH):
- Cleaning breading tables
- Monitor and maintain pressure fryers and open fryers.
- Clean and sanitize grill surfaces and kitchen counters.
- Stock chicken and prepare filets
- Scrub and mop kitchen floors.
- Wash dishes, including utensils and kitchenware.
- Slice tomatoes and prepare lettuce and tomato patties.
- Prepare lemonade and stock mac n' cheese.
- Bake and package cookies and brownies.
- Assist with unloading and putting away truck deliveries.
Set-Up (for the next day):
Front-of-House (FOH):
- Assemble and fill ice cream machines.
- Assemble and fill lemonade machines (if needed).
- Brew 4 total tea batches.
- Take chairs down from tables for the next day.
Back-of-House (BOH):
- Turn on key kitchen machines (pressure fryers, open fryers, ovens, egg griddles, chutes, warming stations).
- Set up breading tables for the next shift.
- Prepare milk wash for the next day’s chicken prep.
- Prep and stock grilled chicken for the following day.
