Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all restaurant operations to ensure top-notch food quality, service, and sanitation standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff to excel in their roles.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Recruit, hire, and train talented team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Management Responsibilities:
- Adjust employee schedules to ensure proper shift coverage.
- Build a pipeline of talent, nurturing future Aces, Trainers, Shift Leaders, and Managers in Training.
Leadership Qualities:
- Communicate clearly with staff, guests, and vendors.
- Resolve employee concerns and delegate tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Frequent interaction with guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years of restaurant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor with an outgoing and positive attitude.
