Slim Chickens - General Manager Needed

The General Manager at Slim Chickens is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with company standards. With the opportunity to open more than twenty new locations, this role offers the chance to capitalize on growth and development within the company.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all restaurant operations to maintain quality food, service, and sanitation standards.
- Coach, supervise, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
- Order inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Manage financial records and staff compliance with policies and regulations.
MANAGEMENT
- Recruit, hire, and train quality staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
- Develop a bench of talented individuals for future leadership roles.
LEADERSHIP
- Display a professional attitude and appearance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and vendors.
- Delegate tasks and resolve employee concerns.
WORK CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Positive interaction with guests and subordinates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or 4-year degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of restaurant management or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and math skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and positive attitude.
