Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality food and service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff, ensuring all shifts are covered within budgeted hours.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years previous experience in the food and beverage industry in a leadership role in a high volume restaurant.
