Position Type: Full-time and Part-time
Starting Pay: $10-11.50/hr
What You'll Do
- Bring the smile and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Make eye contact and speak with genuine enthusiasm
- Build real, emotional connections with the people you serve
- Champion our restaurant's vision and values, and encourage others to do the same
- Juggle multiple tasks without letting service quality slip
- Communicate clearly and warmly with guests and teammates alike
- Represent the team well by following Chick-fil-A's standards and dress code
- Jump in wherever else you're needed
- Night shift employees are required to be able to close 2-3 nights a week, including Fridays or Saturdays.
