Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating and preparing delicious tapas dishes
  • Manage kitchen operations during service hours
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Enthusiasm for and interest in Spanish cuisine and tapas
