As a Facilities Director, you will play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly by maintaining all equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Play a crucial role in ensuring that all facilities and equipment within the restaurant meet Chick-fil-A's FEQ (Facility Excellence and Quality) Minimum Standards
Developing and managing Preventive Maintenance Programs/Schedules for all major equipment and store systems
Performing daily detail cleaning, inspections, and regular PMs on all equipment and systems, including water filtration, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, refrigeration, and security
Understanding and controlling costs of facility repairs
Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical failures and electrical outages
Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

Qualifications:

General HVAC knowledge
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Knowledge of Chick-fil-A's FEQ Minimum Standards and commitment to upholding them
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business
