The Training:
We're committed to setting you up for success! Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in our high-volume environment. Our training period is longer than average as it involves learning all the positions in the Front of House at Jam, but you receive tips after each positional training period. It can take time, but it's worth it! You'll learn from our experienced team members, gain confidence in your abilities, and develop a deep understanding of our menu, systems, and high service standards.

Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
