Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Full-Time
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Position Overview:
Recharge Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our fast-paced weight loss, hormone, aesthetic, and medical clinic dedicated to health and wellness. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and patient care, setting a positive example for our patients.

Essential Job Functions:
- Assist providers with patient evaluations and treatments.
- Take and record vital signs, and medical histories, and prepare patients for procedures.
- Administer injections and assist with IV therapy as directed.
- Greet patients and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage records in the EMR system.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally.
- Educate patients on health, weight loss, and hormone therapies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and serve as a role model for a healthy lifestyle.
- Adhere to clinic policies, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
- Experience with EMR systems (Preferred)
- Experience taking vital signs (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience (Preferred)

Main Office Hours of Operation:
Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:45 am - 1:00 pm
