Job Summary
The role of the Front of House Team Member is to provide exceptional guest service by Winning Hearts Every Day. Team Members are operationally excellent, attentive & friendly, and able to provide second mile service.
Responsibilities
- Promote C.A.R.E. for our Team Members and Guests: Compassion, Accountability, Responsibility, and Excellence
- Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen at all times
- Follow all food safety procedures and uphold BOH health code standards
- Ensure proper portioning and execution of recipes
- Restock and rotate inventory as needed throughout the shift
- Communicate proactively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Work with a strong sense of urgency to serve Guests quickly without sacrificing quality of food or service
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Ocean Township rules and dress code at all times
- Demonstrate faithful stewardship of company resources and assets
- Other duties as assigned
