Job Summary
The role of the Front of House Team Member is to provide exceptional guest service by Winning Hearts Every Day. Team Members are operationally excellent, attentive & friendly, and able to provide second mile service.
Responsibilities
- Promote C.A.R.E. for Team Members and Guests: Compassion, Accountability, Responsibility, and Excellence
- Use the Core 4: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say “My Pleasure”
- Go the 2nd Mile: Connect personally, check-in proactively, and engage generously
- Provide genuine hospitality by anticipating needs, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring every Guest feels cared for
- Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
- Make emotional connections with Guests
- Work with a strong sense of urgency to serve Guests quickly without sacrificing quality of food or service
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Ocean Township rules and dress code at all times
- Demonstrate faithful stewardship of company resources and assets
