Position Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time
  • Daytime Availability (6am-5pm) is required

Job Summary

The role of the Front of House Team Member is to provide exceptional guest service by Winning Hearts Every Day. Team Members are operationally excellent, attentive & friendly, and able to provide second mile service.


Responsibilities

  • Promote C.A.R.E. for Team Members and Guests: Compassion, Accountability, Responsibility, and Excellence  
  • Use the Core 4: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say “My Pleasure”  
  • Go the 2nd Mile: Connect personally, check-in proactively, and engage generously
  • Provide genuine hospitality by anticipating needs, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring every Guest feels cared for
  • Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
  • Make emotional connections with Guests
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency to serve Guests quickly without sacrificing quality of food or service
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A Ocean Township rules and dress code at all times
  • Demonstrate faithful stewardship of company resources and assets
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Other duties as assigned
