Job Summary
The role of the Front of House Team Leader is to lead the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru teams with excellence. FOH Team Leaders create a positive environment, ensure smooth shift operations, and coach Team Members to deliver attentive, friendly, and guest-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Lead FOH shifts to meet or exceed speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction goals
- Model and protect Chick-fil-A’s culture by demonstrating our Purpose, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction
- Ensure the daily use of operational systems within the FOH
- Hold Team Members accountable to performance and service standards
- Assign roles and breaks strategically to maintain full coverage
- Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they impact Guests
- Maintain clear communication with BOH leadership for optimized throughput
- Proactively address Guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Oversee cash management processes
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed with excellence
- Monitor dining room cleanliness, atmosphere, and hospitality throughout the shift
