We are looking to hire a Deli Manager for our newly remodeled Bourbon Street Deli located inside of Shop Rite #79 located at 2400 Country Club Road, Lake Charles, LA and the training for this position will be done at Tobacco Plus #20, 1801 West Prien Lake Road, Lake Charles, LA 70601!

Must have previous food service and management skills.

Retail leadership with organizational and merchandising skills.

Capability to develop and motivate employees.

Ability to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Train and direct deli associates in all aspects of the daily procedures.

Continually evaluate and react to performance issues.

Ability to oversee the daily operations of a Deli including inventory control, daily paperwork, cash control and increasing sales.

Serv Safe food safety certified or ability to be certified upon hire.

Any other responsibilities as indicated by supervisor.
