The FOH Team Lead owns the guest experience. You set the tone in the dining room, at the counter, and in the drive-thru. When guests feel cared for and the team feels supported, you’re doing it right. You lead from the floor. You protect hospitality. You turn minutes into moments and make moments count.
What You’ll Do
- Lead FOH shifts with urgency, warmth, and clarity
- Model Chick-fil-A hospitality and the Core 4 at all times
- Coach team members in real time — elevate our language of hospitality and kindly challenge growth in areas of opportunity
- Ensure fast, accurate order taking and delivery
- Support dining room, front counter, and drive-thru operations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy (Using the H.E.A.R.D Model)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
- Communicate effectively with BOH leadership and team
- Hold the line on speed of service, accuracy, and attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Natural people-leader with a servant’s heart
- Strong communicator who stays calm under pressure
- High hospitality standards and attention to detail
- Dependable, coachable, and growth-minded
- Ability to multitask and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a major plus, but is not required
