Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic employees
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role (1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
- Passion for delivering top-notch service
