Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the inn, restaurant, and wine bar
- Support and motivate a dynamic team to maintain high service standards
- Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Manage the expo line and flow of food from the kitchen to the FOH
- Oversee wine memberships, emails, and weekly features
- Participate in team meetings and help plan future events
