As a Guest Service Representative and Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Guest Services Duties:
- Checking in and out hotel guests
- Answering phones
- Taking phone and online reservations for dining, lodging and public cruises
- Responding to email inquiries for dining, lodging and public cruises
- reconciling Expedia, Hotels.com and other 3rd party reservations on the 1st of the month
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
- Helping with breakfast service. Serving breakfast and clearing plates
Marketing Tasks:
- Creating email campaigns through Constant Contact for our upcoming events
- Posting events on Facebook and Instagram
- Creating flyers for in-house promotions and social media through Canva
- Cold Calling prospective clients and sending out promotional materials
- Helping event coordinator with wedding fairs and community expos and events
