Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Other duties as assigned
- Meal allowance for every shift worked
- Free tuition through Point University Online (for qualified Team Members)
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
