A Glimpse into Your Day (Responsibilities and Expectations):
Early Bird Arrival:
- Begin your day promptly at 5:30 AM, ready to tackle the exciting challenges ahead.
Inventory Stewardship:
- Master the art of inventory rotation and consolidation, diligently following First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures to maintain freshness and quality.
- Conduct precise daily counts of select inventory items, ensuring accuracy is paramount.
- Lead the charge on accurate end-of-month inventory counts.
Seamless Truck Operations:
- Become the guardian of our deliveries, meticulously checking incoming truck orders for accuracy and swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
- Take ownership of the entire truck ordering process, ensuring we have everything we need to delight our guests.
General Restaurant Operations:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our storage areas, creating an efficient and welcoming environment.
- Lend a helping hand with various tasks around the restaurant as needed, demonstrating your commitment to the team.
Successful completion of food safety training is a must – ensuring the well-being of our guests is our top priority!
Physical Dexterity: Confidently able to lift at least 50 lbs, supporting the smooth flow of our operations.
