Jet Industries are establishing offices in Phoenix, AZ area and looking for qualified candidates to run point for Arizona operations.
Work is in the Phoenix area.
Wage: $100,000.00-$130,000.00

Essential Duties for Superintendent
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
- Deliver project within allotted hours and scheduled completion milestones
- Plan construction processes
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
- Plan for inspections
- Implement safety and quality guidelines
- Order the appropriate rental equipment for the installation, and arrange for regular maintenance or replacement if required
- Keep track of material/orders received on site
- Submit complete Status Reports weekly
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Resolve onsite issues and emergencies
- Able to conduct on-site meetings with GC, sub-contractors, and client
Requirements for Superintendent
- Five years of previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
- OSHA 30 certification for construction safety
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- Ability to read and understand installation drawings
- Certified for forklift/scissor lift/lull operation a plus
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire multiple teams
- High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
