Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Minimum of three (3) years HVAC field experience with diagnosis and repair required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills required; ability to identify root cause of HVAC system failures and perform complete repairs.
- NATE certification or Arizona Heat Pump Council training preferred, but not required.
- EPA Certification required.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Service commercial and light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, PTAC units, and multi-family equipment.
- Experience with low and medium-temperature refrigeration systems preferred or willingness to learn.
- Assist with HVAC equipment replacements or project work when needed.
- Assist with HVAC/R equipment installations or construction-related work when needed.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers.
- Operate hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Read schematics and equipment diagrams.
- Maintain service documentation in Service Titan.
- Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
