Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, compile, and distribute bid invites daily to all divisions
- Assist the Estimating Coordinator in receiving, distributing, and communicating changes made to bid documents
- Send job walk/prebid meeting calendar invites to interested JET Estimators
- Maintain communication with GCs to update bid status and receive new bid opportunities
- Research new plan centers and bid opportunities as requested by the Estimating Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- No estimating experience needed
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent communication skills, including writing
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
