Job Duties:
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, greet each table/bar patron in a timely fashion upon entering the restaurant and upon seating
- Assist guests with ordering and understanding the food/drink menu, describe our drink and food specials, provide suggestions
- Be attentive to guests to ensure their needs are met and they are having a great experience
- Answer phones quickly and in a friendly manner, coordinate with pizza makers to quote prompt and accurate lead times
- Prepare beverages in a timely manner and ensure they make it to the proper destination
- Perform open/close duties as assigned including food prep and cleaning of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Experience is highly preferred, must be hard-working and eager to learn
- Be proactive in performing job duties
- Good communication skills and be able to work as a team as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to maintain a standing position for an extended period of time
- Jefferson County Food Handler's card is preferred, ability to obtain one is required
