Dishwasher/Porter Team Member Responsibilities:
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, trays, and utensils into the dish machine
- Wash, sanitize, and properly organize all dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure proper operation
- Unload clean dishes and store them in designated locations
- Empty trash and recycling containers regularly throughout the shift
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors as needed to ensure a safe work environment
- Clean food preparation stations, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces
- Assist with deep cleaning and additional cleaning projects as assigned
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Complete all closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
