Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to every guest
- Accurately take customer orders and process transactions
- Serve guests at the front counter, dining room, curbside, and drive-thru
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Restock supplies and assist with cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Learn multiple areas of the restaurant and support the team where needed
- Help create a positive experience for both guests and fellow Team Members
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Ability to remain professional and friendly during busy periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
