Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various Sonic locations to provide engaging and effective training to new and existing team members
- Ensure consistent delivery of Sonic’s high standards for food quality and customer service
- Support managers and staff in maintaining a fun and loving work atmosphere
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback

Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years of fast food restaurant experience preferred
- Preferred Shift Management experience or Trainer experience
- Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for training and development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and ready to travel as part of the role
- Committed to delivering the delicious, fun, and loving Sonic experience
