Job Overview:
Total Wireless - Growth Wireless is seeking a motivated Cashier / Sales Rep to join our fast-paced wireless retail team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, recommend wireless products and plans, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This position is ideal for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy customer service, sales, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Process sales transactions, payments, returns, and phone activations
- Recommend smartphones, prepaid wireless plans, and accessories based on customer needs
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Maintain organized product displays, inventory, and store cleanliness
- Assist customers with billing questions and basic technical troubleshooting
- Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and products
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
