Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Sales Representative to join our retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process sales transactions, payments, returns, and phone activations
Recommend smartphones, prepaid plans, and accessories based on customer needs
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
Maintain organized displays, inventory, and overall store cleanliness
Assist with billing questions and basic technical troubleshooting
Stay up to date on promotions, pricing, and product offerings
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred (not required)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
Flexible availability, including weekends
Schedule
10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability required
